Jessica never knew a proposal was forthcoming when Matt asked her to stroll the promenade with him
Matt came to Paparazzi Proposals with the idea that he wanted to propose to his girlfriend Jessica on Brooklyn Promenade, with it’s sweeping views of the stunning Manhattan skyline. She couldn’t have been more surprised when he paused during a stroll along the promenade to drop to one knee and ask for her hand in marriage.
