Anesti and Joanna’s Napa Vineyard Proposal

The San Francisco couple shared a passion for local wine. So when it came time for Anesti to propose, he knew he wanted to incorporate a vineyard.

He whisked Joanna away for a weekend trip to a vineyard in Napa and surprised her with a private tour through the winery and the grounds. Our photographer claimed to be taking photos for the vineyard’s website, allowing him to capture the entire evening.

They paused on their stroll for a picture perfect moment.

After their walk through the grounds, they wandered into the vineyard’s historic cellar. Laid out on a beautiful oak table was a bottle of wine, a handwritten note, and a spectacular ring! She turned around after reading the note to see Anesti on bended knee, asking for her hand in marriage. Smiling as he placed the ring on her finger, she said yes!

Afterwards, they stepped outside to enjoy a private portrait session amongst the winding rows of grapevines, backlit by the setting sun.
