Salman decorated the beautiful Tidal Basin with roses and made it the perfect romantic setting for a surprise he had for his girlfriend.
Upon arriving, his girlfriend was taken away by the setting and even more when Salman dropped down to one knee.
Adding to the surprise, Salman arranged for our sneaky photographer to capture every photo.
After all the excitement, our photographer took the newly-engaged couple around the area for an impromptu portrait session!
