Chris first met Liz when she moved to town in the 5th grade. They lost touch after graduating high school and went to colleges in separate parts of the country. It wasn’t until they moved back home after college graduation that they reconnected. Liz was trying to sell a pair of Giants tickets online, which Chris was interested in. Though after speaking with her for a few minutes, he started losing interest in the tickets and becoming more interested in Liz.
Besides their mutual love for NY sports teams, Chris was drawn to Liz’s smile and blue eyes. She was attracted to his spontaneity and the way he always seemed to know how to make her laugh.
Liz knew Chris was the one when she witnessed how he treated her family and friends. He doesn’t just make her feel special, but anyone close to her heart.
Chris planned his proposal for four months with the help of his mom and aunt. The ring was a combination of multiple family heirlooms from different generations. And now, Chris and Liz can begin their own traditions.
