Elizabeth and Carl's Picnic Proposal

Liz and Carl met while attending graduate school back in 2008. It was love at first site. A sign of things to come, Liz actually asked Carl on their first date. They were so enamored with one another they have been together ever since!

Although they both knew that they were meant to be together, Liz told Carl that she did not want to get married but wanted a life together. But as time progressed and their love grew, she eventually realized she wanted to marry him and spend the rest of their lives together as husband and wife.

So she secretly planned a perfect picnic with a magical view of the Golden Gate Bridge. With the help of Marry Me Proposals, she also had Paparazzi Proposals hidden in the distance, secretly snapping photographs of every second of this beautiful, once in a lifetime moment! Knowing he was a huge Manchester United fan, she presented Carl with a signed jersey embroidered with “will you marry me” on the back!

Carl was as much shocked as he was excited to receive the most meaningful gift of his life.  After he said yes, the couple shared a romantic, backlit kiss.

That’s when Elizabeth revealed that she had also planned to have one of our photographers capture the whole event!  The pair enjoyed a playful portrait session.
