Wayne and Tabitha were visiting New Orleans and took a romantic carriage ride throughout the city, getting dropped off at the iconic Jackson Square.
Tabitha did not realize Wayne had arrange this specific drop off spot to use the area as a beautiful backdrop to getting down on one knee!
