While vacationing in New York from Australia, Peter wanted to surprise his girlfriend with a proposal.

Peter wanted to propose while ice skating, something his girlfriend really wanted to do. However, to make sure the proposal was intimate and romantic, he booked the Wollman Rink for an hour at Central Park.

As if booking the rink and then proposing weren’t enough surprises for the night, Peter brought out our photographer, who was capturing the big moment discreetly from a distance.

The newly-engaged couple posed for a classic engagement portrait session after Peter’s proposal.
